technical difficulties averted

thanks to kandra i was able to fix the order so now its not so confusing enjoy

maybe i'll just keep it updated then i won't have to worry about chronological order

so i added these posts in a certain order but since i started writing them on different days and saved them they put them in their own order so sorry hope you can figure it out and if any one has suggestions for me to fix this without having to rewrite them that would be helpful

an update on my ankle

Well after my cast came off i got a boot to help me walk and eventually i was able to walk without it then i had surgery to remove a screw no it wasn't bothering me they just needed to remove it so that when i was able to run it wouldn't be there to break inside my foot. Now im going to physical therapy twice a week and already seeing improvements I'm getting excited i'm almost back to normal yay! what an experience this has been i'm happy it's almost over
