an update on my ankle

Well after my cast came off i got a boot to help me walk and eventually i was able to walk without it then i had surgery to remove a screw no it wasn't bothering me they just needed to remove it so that when i was able to run it wouldn't be there to break inside my foot. Now im going to physical therapy twice a week and already seeing improvements I'm getting excited i'm almost back to normal yay! what an experience this has been i'm happy it's almost over
